Isabelle Theisen
Chief Security Officer

As Chief Security Officer (CSO), Isabelle Theisen is responsible for implementing and managing the security risk management strategy and program across the highly-diversified and geographically-dispersed First Advantage Corporation. Before joining First Advantage, Theisen was the head of Information Security for Warner Bros. and Universal Studios, where she was responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive security strategic and tactical program to protect the studios' intellectual property and information assets. She was also Vice President of Information Protection at American Express, where she provided leadership to a global team of 150 security professionals across Europe, South America and Asia-Pacific. Theisen began her career with Ernst & Young as a senior manager with practice management responsibilities and led the development of their Information Security Service line. Theisen completed her Master of Science in Business Administration (MSBA) majoring in Information Systems and Financial Management from California State Polytechnic University. She holds various international security and audit certifications and is actively contributes to numerous industry associations.
