you can now fully or partially outsource all Department
of Transportation (DOT) compliance monitoring to First

When combined with First Advantage's other product
offerings, you can have one vendor for all of your
background, substance abuse, motor vehicle records,
testing, and physical examination needs. In addition,
proactive email alerts and management reports ensure
that your commercial drivers remain compliant.
Automated record keeping
It is estimated that over 45% of all commercial drivers
in the United States are not DOT compliant because

driver information to be added and modified with
ease online. To allow you more time for key human
resource related functions, the DQS tracks pre-employment
information such as the completion of application
forms, FCRA consent forms, background checks, substance
abuse, and physical examinations all in one place.
In addition, your current commercial and non-commercial
drivers will be monitored to make sure that you are
aware of all aspects of their compliance with renewals,
checks, tests, or examinations.
The DQS is a real-time reporting tool which allows
for viewing by location, division, or branch level
- all the way down to the driver compliance details.
Statistics offer you comparisons by location, division
or branch and results can be graphed to easily identify
trends. The systems' sophisticated audit trail ensures
that all actions are documented and preserved. As such,
results are measurable and compliance improvements
can be effortlessly traced over time.
