We work with all of the major accredited laboratories
in the nation, offering you a choice of quality labs
and their federally compliant services. Our laboratory
partners have been certified by the Substance Abuse
and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)
to meet governmental requirements and First Advantage’s
own high-quality standards. We manage the entire
process: from laboratory selection, forms distribution
and tracking, to laboratory monitoring and problem
resolution.
Convenient outsourced scheduling services
ScheduleDirect™ is our convenient scheduling
service for drug and alcohol testing, physical examinations,
and other health-related screening. ScheduleDirect
allows you to outsource the time-consuming task of
locating collection/testing sites and providing instruction
and forms to applicants. Encompassing the entire nation,
ScheduleDirect services make testing for an applicant
a seamless experience.
Expert MRO services
First Advantage is unique in that it employs full-time,
expert MROs (Medical Review Officers). Our team of
highly qualified professionals review chain of custody
and test results, and conduct the entire donor interview
process as prescribed by federal regulations. Our
MROs are required to be certified by the American
Association of Medical Review Officers and/or the
Medical Review Officer Certification Council, ensuring
high quality performance in this key substance
abuse testing function.

results are typically available within 24 to 48 hours
from the laboratory’s receipt of a specimen,
while non-negative results require additional time
for MRO processing. Reporting is available to you
on the Web, as well as through other secure methods
designed to meet your communications needs.
Integrated drug and employment screening
First Advantage’s integrated drug testing and
background verification services offer you a single,
responsive point of contact for your screening needs.
Employment
background checks and drug screening results are made
available 24 hours a day through our Web-based order
fulfillment tool. Custom reports, as well as easy-to
read consolidated invoices, are also available.
