- Executives at an international
chemical company become suspicious when the president
of a division left with a chemist and some sales
people. First Advantage's investigators quickly established
that the president leased offices with space for
a chemical lab in the name of a competitor. We also
determined that they were developing our client's
most closely held chemical compounds. Finally, we
gathered evidence showing that the former president
was soliciting employees and customers. The legal
team used this evidence to obtain a temporary restraining
order and a subsequent preliminary injunction.
