Activity Check
First Advantage’s Activity Check includes discreet inquiries that lend insight into a subject’s present level of physical capabilities, activities, hobbies and possible employment status. Through this investigative process, a description of the subject’s residence, neighborhood and surroundings is determined and additional relevant information pertaining to the subject is provided. All data is provided to you in a detailed, professional report.

A.I.M.™ Address Information Manager and Address History Search
Investigative search to provide information on a subject’s past addresses and movement patterns.

Alive & Well Check
This service confirms an individual’s current living or deceased status, receipt of benefit checks and activity level. The investigation includes a search/verification of individual’s Social Security Number and Social Security Administration Death Master file and a nationwide periodical index search for obituary postings. It also includes a telephonic inquiry or face to face interview with the subject and/or neighbors in a direct or discreet manner, to obtain SSN, current address and telephone number, medical treatment and benefit check status, activity level and disability status and residence description.

AOE / COE Investigation
This investigation provides you with recorded statements, personnel records and a subject-signed medical release.

Business License Investigation
Verifies if an individual is associated with any corporation records, fictitious business names, DBA registrations or partnerships.

Civil Litigation History Investigation
Identifies all corresponding litigation activities regarding a subject, as either plaintiff or defendant.

Claims / Subrogation Investigation

First Advantage’s Dependency Check Investigation includes discreet inquiries in the subject's local neighborhood to verify marital status, number of dependent children living in the household, and, if requested, a discreet interview of the subject. In addition, a database and court records search is conducted to verify the subject's marital status. The detailed report includes a listing of the names and addresses of local area sources contacted, as well as copies of all records pertaining to your subject

Hospital Canvass / Pharmacy Canvass
First Advantage’s in-house investigative team conducts an investigation within close proximity of the subject’s current residence (maximum of 12 hospitals or pharmacies) to determine if the subject received any medical treatment in a hospital or obtained any prescription medication during the months or years proceeding the reported injury or date of loss.

Locate Investigation / Skip Trace
Database searches conducted to locate a subject’s whereabouts, including current place of residence, vehicle registrations, property records, liens, etc. to obtain a paper trail and to provide a complete picture of the subject being located.

Advanced Locate Investigation
Recommended in cases where a subject’s location cannot be determined after 2 hours of conducting a Locate Investigation. This service is billed at an hourly rate and provides up-to-the-minute address information and identifiers that provide a higher probability of obtaining more relevant information in locating a subject’s current whereabouts.

Pre-Employment Investigation
A useful tool to assist in determining the background of potential employees before hiring.

Scene Investigation
This service, conducted by a First Advantage field agent, includes photographs, a diagram of the accident scene/vehicle(s), and a professionally written report.
