The Bulletin is a monthly publication listing shippers, manufacturers, brokers and freight forwarders that have been reported to First Advantage for nonpayment of freight bills. The Bulletin contains over 2,900 company names and represents millions of dollars in unpaid freight charges. This tool is used by subscribers to prescreen new and existing clients before granting credit, and offers leverage as a collection tool.

In order for an account to be reported to The Bulletin, certain conditions must be met:

• The company reporting a nonpayment must provide affirmation in writing the invoice is true and correct and no outstanding disputes have a bearing on the unsatisfied debt
• The reporting party must refuse to extend credit to the company they are reporting
• The Bulletin is available in two formats: electronically (via the Internet) which is updated regularly; or in printed form, available every 30 days as an insert to the First Advantage Transportation Services Red Book.
