Executive Management

Jack Freker – Chief Executive Officer 
Prior to First Advantage, Jack Freker was president and chief operating officer of Zenta, a leading global provider of technology driven sophisticated Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions that was recently acquired by Accenture.  He also served as president and CEO of Oblicore, a global provider of service level automation software and services to clients throughout Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. Prior to his position at Oblicore, Jack spent 13 years at Convergys, where he was president of the Customer Management Group, the leading global call center organization where he was instrumental in growing the firm from $50 million to $1.6 billion in revenue. Jack began his career at Procter and Gamble and is a graduate of Princeton University.

Christopher Wolf – Chief Financial Officer
Bringing nearly 25 years of experience to First Advantage, Chris is responsible for the implementing short and long-term strategies to maintain the company's financial performance.  Prior to joining First Advantage, Chris served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Acxiom Corporation, a publicly traded marketing services company, where he led the company's finance organization. Previously, Chris held various senior management positions with Smart Balance Inc., NiuTech LLC and Catalina Marketing Corporation.

Valerie Osinski – Chief Information Officer
Valerie joined First Advantage in 2008 and during that time has successfully led a number of key strategic business responsibilities including president of Hiring Solutions, senior vice president of Services and Operations and most recently senior vice president of North American Screening. During her most recent role she also had responsibility for all IT development within the North American screening businesses. 

Before joining First Advantage, Valerie was vice president of Global Services for Kronos Talent Management, she started and lead the Professional Services group for BrassRing and was vice president of Operations for Aon Consulting’s HR outsourcing automotive practice.

Valerie holds a BS in Computer Science from The Ohio State University.

Bret Jardine – General Counsel
Bret Jardine joined First Advantage's legal department in August 2004 and currently serves as the company's General Counsel.  As the head of the corporate legal department, Bret and his team are responsible for the legal affairs of the entire corporation, providing legal counsel to the chief executive officer and other senior management. He also acts as the company's corporate secretary. 

Prior to joining First Advantage, Bret was employed with Zimmet Unice, Salzman Heyman & Jardine PA – where he served as partner handling commercial litigation.

Bret graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Florida and received his juris doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
