SAP Cases
First Advantage’s Workplace Services provides “Back on Track” (Substance Abuse Professional) services for both Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated companies and companies that are NOT mandated by DOT. There are separate paperwork packets for both groups (DOT and non-DOT).
You may also participate in First Advantage’s SAP Referral service in which we provide DOT mandated clients with your name/number. For these cases, you can use your own paperwork and collect your fees directly from the client. First Advantage offers our SAP Assist product, which includes consultation on the SAP process and sample forms that you can use with your own SAP clients.
