To provide an easy to use, cost effective and consistent solution for contractor companies requiring access to owner/operator secure facilities, First Advantage teamed with the Industrial Safety Training Council (ISTC) to develop the “Reciprocity Model”.
Our “Graded Background Screening package” was implemented in partnership with the ISTC. It has been further enhanced by the Safety Council Security Consortium as the de-facto standard by 14 additional Safety Councils that also utilize First Advantage’s background screening services.
Program Highlights
- Over 400,000 contractor employees screened via the program.
- Over 300,000 of those contractor employees screened used graded packages based on individual plant screening requirements.
- Over 3,900 contractor companies are enrolled in the First Advantage Safety Council program.
- Over 75 owner/operator facilities currently participate in the program.
