By participating in First Advantage’s new Partner Referral Program, you can provide a complementary service to your clients by referring them to valuable litigation consulting solutions they can trust, without diverting clients from your own services. Best of all, participation in the Partner Referral Program will also generate an additional revenue source for your firm.

HOW DOES THE PARTNER REFERRAL PROGRAM WORK?
Participation in the Partner Referral Program is simple. As you discover a client’s need for computer forensics, e-discovery or data recovery services, simply call First Advantage at the number below. We will then work directly with your client to begin the conflict check process. As part of the conflict check, First Advantage works with you to understand the nature and scope of the assignment. If no conflict exists, a Partner Referral Agreement is signed. We will then ask your client to sign a written engagement agreement that defines the work to be performed and the charges to be incurred. First Advantage performs the work, provides the invoice and collects our fees. We’ll then provide an accounting to your firm for the 7% referral fee for each paid invoice.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO THE CLIENT?
The professional services are provided directly to the client by First Advantage Litigation Consulting, LLC. There is no subcontractor relationship created by the Partner Referral Agreement, and the client understands that First Advantage will supply all needed professional services in the computer forensics, data recovery, and e-discovery fields, as defined in the written engagement agreement.

ARE ALL FIRMS ELIGIBLE?
For legal reasons, law firms and any other firms that are not permitted to accept referral fees or finders’ fees are not eligible for the program.
