Dr. Bradley S. Fordham v. OneSoft Corporation, et al. Selected as independent computer forensics expert federal judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia to assist in an intellectual property dispute that centered on verifying the electronic time and date stamp information of the plaintiff's software prototypes and supporting electronic presentations.
