The previous Direct Managers of an individual can provide insight into their behaviour and abilities. First Advantage can provide an impartial and unbiased assessment through our employment reference checks. Our highly skilled Reference Specialists will ask Referees a range of performance and behavioural questions that explore how the individual performed in his or her role and what behaviours they demonstrated. We also verify disciplinary actions or warnings; attendance or reliability issues; claims by or against their former employer; acts of dishonesty and eligibility for rehire in a comparable role.
First Advantage offers three levels of Employment References which have been carefully designed to meet the information and management requirements for varying levels of experience. Clients have the flexibility to tailor a questionnaire to their own requirements:
- Essential: for entry level positions
- Corporate: for middle management and positions of responsibility
- Executive: for senior management
