What is Employee Assistance? 

First Advantage Employee Assistance Program, (EAP) offers free confidential*,  telephonic support and assessment by a licensed masters level counselor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to employees and their immediate family members. In addition, First Advantage also provides referrals for short term face-to-face counseling with a licensed mental health provider in your area. If your problem cannot be resolved within the short term structure a counselor will refer you for additional counseling and/or to more appropriate resources to address your needs.
