Before joining First Advantage, Joe served as Vice President, Americas, at a human resources technology company, Kronos. During his tenure at Kronos, he played a pivotal role in transitioning the company from an on-premises-based software model to a cutting-edge global SaaS solution. This transformation resulted in a substantial return on investment (ROI) and established Kronos as the market leader in their segment. Joe has also held executive positions in sales, marketing, and services leadership at Authoria in the human capital management industry and at HPR in the healthcare software sector. He holds a B.S. in Business from Indiana University and has completed the “Leading High Impact Teams” Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School.
