Boys & Girls Clubs of America
For more than 100 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of America has enabled young people, especially those who need Clubs most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Today, more than 4,000 Boys & Girls Clubs serve more than 4 million young people through Club membership and community outreach. Boys & Girls Clubs of America has contracted with First Advantage to be its official background check provider for staff members and volunteers. The process is conducted through more than 4,000 Boys & Girls Clubs, which provide life-changing programs for millions of children and teens.
Boy Scouts of America
Boy Scouting is a year-round program for boys around ages 11 - 17. Through the Boy Scout program, young men and women can achieve the core objectives of strengthening character, personal fitness and good citizenship. The Boy Scouts of America has contracted with First Advantage to be its official background check provider for adult volunteers. The process is conducted through more than 300 local councils that provide quality youth programs, including Cub Scouting, Boy Scouting, and Venturing.
Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children in court. CASA volunteers are trained community volunteers appointed by the court to provide a powerful voice for these vulnerable children. Today, the program has grown to a network of more than 50,000 volunteers that serve 225,000 abused and neglected children through 900+ local program offices nationwide. First Advantage understands the importance of providing a safe environment for children and is proud to support National CASA's work in a variety of ways. First Advantage provides significant discounts to CASA programs on vital background screening services offered through Volunteers Select Plus, also making a donation to National CASA each time a background screen is ordered.
